We are pleased to announce that our venue at 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul’s will be converting to a Convene-branded location in early 2025.
As part of the conversion to Convene 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul’s, the venue will undergo renovations including an updated floorplan, new furnishings, technology enhancements, and more. The location spans more than 25,000 square-feet and will comprise eight meeting rooms across two floors.
The Convene portfolio of brands is designed to accommodate a wide range of meeting and event programming, serving as a partner, not just a place, for planners; Convene 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul’s will be an ideal venue for investor conferences, corporate events, capital market days, expos, and more. Convene-branded locations provide clients with everything needed for a fully integrated meeting and event experience, including:
- A dedicated hospitality team that provides full-service event production resources
- Meeting and event spaces designed to maximise collaboration and productivity, each of which can also be custom-configured to accommodate various event types and sizes
- In-house catering managed by seasoned executive chefs with a focus on providing delicious and nutritious meals and snacks meant to energise and invigorate
- In-room A/V tools and technology inclusive of high-resolution projection screens, built-in cameras and microphones for a seamless hybrid experience, and top-of-the-line theatre-lighting systems
- Digital signage screens and totems throughout each location, providing event branding opportunities
- Established relationships with preferred external vendors for everything from entertainment, impressive high-end decor, gifting and favours, step-and-repeats and branded signage, and more
The decision follows the firm’s brand segmentation earlier this year to create a stronger distinction across its portfolio: Convene is a premium lifestyle brand best suited for large, highly experiential events, while etc.venues is an accessible lifestyle brand ideal for value-driven small meetings and corporate trainings. The venue will close for renovations in mid-December and re-open as Convene 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul’s in March 2025.
