Thursday 23rd – Sunday 26th January

The exclusive menu, developed by Byron’s Food Director, Sophie Michell, will feature three Scottish specials:
● The Auld Smokey – a juicy beef patty topped with haggis, melted Cheddar cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce
● Haggis Loaded Fries – Byron’s skin-on fries drenched in onion gravy and topped with crispy onions, pickled onions, Byron cheese sauce and crumbled haggis
● Irn Bru Milkshake – Byron’s famous vanilla milkshake given the Scottish treatment with an injection of Irn Bru. Sounds weird, tastes amazing
