Escape to The Dolomites at Theo Randall's Winter Terrace
Enjoy a slice of the mountains in Mayfair as Theo’s on the Terrace at Number One Park Lane returns. Inspired by the Dolomites region in northern Italy, discover a winter wonderland on the heated terrace, adorned with rustic wooden furnishings, snow-dusted accents and blankets, paired alongside a menu celebrating the rich, hearty flavours of the Alps.
Crafted by renowned chef, Theo Randall, start your culinary journey with the finest rich and creamy Fonduta di Formaggio cheese fondue, or a selection of antipasti including rosemary focaccia; potato fritter with salsa verde; or Salumi Misti – an assortment of mountain-cured salami and cheese with pickles for a rustic taste of Italy. Larger plates include slow-cooked beef ragu lasagne or wild mushroom and black truffle risotto.
Pair your Dolomites inspired experience with an après-ski drink or two; from winter warmers including Alpine hot chocolate with dark rum to sophisticated festive cocktails including the Figroni – a wintery twist on the Negroni infused fig for a warming seasonal flavour. There is also a concise selection of sparkling wines and champagnes, including Della Vite Prosecco and Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial.

Carriage Rides Through Richmond Park
From 30th November 2024 – 1st January 2025, enjoy a carriage ride through Richmond Park. The 75-minute experience begins at Holly Lodge, Richmond Park, where you’ll be met with refreshments. You will take your place in the carriage embarking on an hour long ride through the park in all its winter beauty! You’ll also be treated to a unique behind-the-scenes visit of the working stables.
Proceeds from the horse drawn rides will help fund sustainable conservation initiatives with the working Shire horses in The Royal Parks. The purchase of one £450 (+booking fee) ticket seats six people in an exclusive carriage. Children are welcome and the rides will take place in all weather conditions.
Christmas Film Screenings at Joia Rooftop
Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 21st November – 22nd December, Joia at art’otel Battersea Power Station, will be screening classic Christmas films.
Showings include: Elf, It’s a Wonderful Life, The Holiday, Love Actually and more.
Tickets cost £80-£90 and include dinner (Thursday-Saturday) or lunch (Sunday), as well as admission to your chosen screening.

Festive Afternoon Tea at The Montague on The Gardens
Nestled in the heart of London, this charming Georgian townhouse is perfectly positioned near Covent Garden, the West End’s premier theatres, and the world-class shopping.
Enjoy a selection of scrumptious festive treats this winter with their Festive Afternoon Tea. Warm scones, turkey finger sandwiches, and seasonal cakes and pastries make for a truly delightful occasion. For an added touch of festive flair, enjoy a glass of mulled wine.

Skuna Boats Floating Igloos
For £45 per person (minimum charge for four people), guests can enjoy a 30 minute guided tour of West India Quay in a private Skuna Boat floating igloo.
This also includes a welcome drink (mulled wine or hot chocolate), alpine snack and 60 minutes of either cheese or chocolate fondue.
Guests will also be provided with hot water bottles, blankets and a bluetooth speaker.
Tipis on The Green
A pop-up alpine bar on Parsons Green, with bottomless margarita brunches and Christmas quiz nights. A collection of tipis with award-wining street food and warming drinks.

Skate at Somerset House
Skate, the ice-skating experience set in the stunning 18th-century courtyard of Somerset House, will be running from 13/11/24 – 12/10/25. It features a beautifully lit 40-foot Christmas tree and magical lighting that enhances the atmosphere. Guests can enjoy rinkside DJ sets, gourmet dining at The Chalet restaurant, and a pop-up Whispering Angel rosé bar. The event also includes quieter skate sessions, coaching for all ages, and a boutique for holiday shopping.
Tickets range from £15-£26.50 for adults and £10-£15 for children, with skate hire included. Sessions run from 9:00 AM to 10:45 PM, though hours may vary. Early booking is recommended as it’s one of London’s most popular winter activities
