Enter the statement blue front door and step through the hall into the open-plan Living Room, complete with comfy sofas, a fireplace and a long bar. There’s also the Kitchen, an eclectic space designed to feel like you’re at your mate’s house where you can connect with old chums or show off your beer pong skills. The study at the back is the perfect hideaway, full of games to keep you entertained all night long – from Mario Kart to old-school board games to fancy dress.
