Stanley’s is a relaxed rooftop bar above Mayfair, created in honour of Stanley Tollman, whose lifelong passion for hospitality, cocktails, and delicious food inspired this space.
He believed in the simple pleasures of sharing a drink, a meal, and good conversation. For our family, naming the bar after him feels like a natural way to recognise those values and his rich legacy. We welcome you to enjoy Stanley’s as he would have, with warmth, generosity, and good company.
Our rooftop bar is available for private hire – perfect for intimate celebrations, corporate gatherings, or standout special occasions. With panoramic views, tailored menus, and dedicated service, Stanley’s offers a truly elevated setting to make your event unforgettable.
Full exclusive hire:
Timings: 9am to 5pm or 6pm to 10pm
Room hire from: £8,000
Minimum catering spend from: £12,000
New Year’s Eve from: £25,000
Full exclusive hire one hour reception with canapés £2,000 minimum spend
Semi-private hire Eight to 15 people: £850 per hour
15 to 30 people: £1,000 per hour
