The Sea, The Sea
Chelsea
The Sea, The Sea brings its much-loved Chelsea seafood concept to a new Pavilion Road space, expanding into a bistro, fishmongers and terrace. Founded by Alex Hunter, it’s known for its thoughtful, source-led approach to seafood.
The new site will feature a 40-cover bistro and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pedestrianised street, alongside an expanded fish shop. By day, expect fresh provisions and lunch boxes, while evenings transform the space into an intimate seafood bar.

onefifty fenchurch
The City
Recently opened in the heart of the City, onefifty fenchurch is a design-led luxury aparthotel offering a calm retreat above London’s fast-paced Square Mile. Set within a converted office building, it reflects a growing demand for longer, more flexible stays.
Inside, 33 contemporary apartments combine comfort with thoughtful details, from fully equipped kitchenettes to Bamford amenities. Shared spaces include a boutique gym, yoga studio and private work areas, balancing wellbeing, productivity and understated luxury.

Tigermilk Spitalfields
Spitalfields
Tigermilk Spitalfields is set to be the brand’s largest restaurant yet, bringing vibrant Latin American energy to East London. Spanning two floors with space for 280 guests, it’s designed as a series of interconnected rooms inspired by a grand hacienda.
The menu focuses on bold, shareable dishes, with tacos, ceviches and grilled plates, alongside an extensive tequila and mezcal offering. With its high-energy atmosphere and striking interiors, this is one to visit for lively group dinners!

Bar Des Prés
Mayfair
Bar Des Prés is relocating within Mayfair, moving to a new light-filled corner spot on South Audley Street. Led by Cyril Lignac, the restaurant blends French finesse with Japanese influence in a refined yet relaxed setting.
The updated space introduces a striking counter dining area and a new private dining room, ideal for more intimate gatherings. The menu remains a signature mix of elegant dishes, from marinated sea bass with yuzu to indulgent, pâtisserie-led desserts.

Arcade Covent Garden
Covent Garden
Arcade Covent Garden is the latest addition to London’s evolving food hall scene, bringing together multiple chef-led concepts under one roof. Set in a large corner site, the space is designed for gathering, sharing and discovering something new.
Expect a mix of standalone restaurants, a central food hall and Studio Coffee — a hybrid coffee and cocktail space that transitions seamlessly from day to night. With everything from Greek tavernas to Thai kitchens, it’s a vibrant, all-day destination.

Nammos London
Mayfair
Nammos London lands in Mayfair, reimagining its iconic Mykonos beach club as a sophisticated city destination. Set across two floors, it offers all-day dining with a focus on Mediterranean flavours and an effortlessly glamorous atmosphere.
The menu blends refined Greek classics with international influences, from seafood and sushi to Josper-grilled meats. With a dedicated events space upstairs, it’s also one to watch for stylish private dining and celebrations.

Kiez Kebab
Notting Hill
Kiez Kebab is bringing a Berlin-inspired twist to Notting Hill, offering a sleek, design-led take on the classic döner. Set on Golborne Road, it swaps the traditional kebab shop aesthetic for a more contemporary, stainless-steel finish.
The menu is intentionally focused, with just a few carefully crafted kebab options served in pide, alongside sharp sauces and seasonal specials. Expect German and Austrian beers, plus cocktails, and a handy hatch for grab-and-go.

Malta
Casa Bonavita is a beautifully restored 18th-century palazzo tucked away in one of Malta’s most romantic corners. Designed as a 17-bedroom hotel, it blends historic charm with a quietly luxurious, residential feel.
