What?
Cecconi’s Pizza bar has opened a new location on Old Compton street. A relaxed sister restaurant to its other worldwide locations, this location serves up traditional Italian food such as pizza from a wood fired oven and crab spaghetti, along with cocktails and prosecco on tap.

The Vibes?
The interiors reference Italian landmark Harry’s Bar in Venice, and the work of Milanese architect Piero Portoluppi – with a rosewood panelled bar and walls, brass fittings, and original Italian black & white photos and advertising prints from the 50’s hung on the walls. The space has a mid-century Venetian style bar serving Italian classics, negroni, aperol spritz and prosecco on tap, and DJs playing every night.
We Ate & Drank?
Started off with Aperols and Chichetti.. This is one of my favourite things to do- Drink and nibble away at little picky bits!!!
We got the Burrata, Zuchinni Fries and Mortadella & salami with cheese, olives, pane carasau
These were perfect and highly recommend!
We then took a break and then ordered our mains. We got the Crab with chilli, parsley, olive oil, cherry tomatoes and a small Napoli Pizette as we were pretty stuffed from the Chichetti!
Our Thoughts?
Absolutely loved it! We sat outside people watching and felt we weren’t in London! I love Soho for people watching you get all sorts of characters!
It was the perfect way to spend a Sunday Eve!!
