Thanksgiving dinner, parades, festivals and celebration can be seen throughout American pop-culture, dating back to 1963, when President Abraham Lincoln professed a national day of thanks to be celebrated.

Traditional Thanksgiving dinners consist of warming, autumnal foods such as turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and pecan pie.

The menu includes: a selection of canapés, scallops, cosmopolitan sorbet, elevated turkey roast, pecan pie, followed by coffee and petit fours.

Duck & Waffle

LIVERPOOL STREET

Duck & Waffle is hosting a Thanksgiving feast on November 28th with both lunch and dinner options. This is a great option for a celebration with a view overlooking London.

The lunch will take place from 12:00pm-3:00pm and the dinner from 5:00pm-10:00pm, with lunch priced at £55pp and dinner at £90pp. Guests can also enjoy wine pairings.

The meal includes classic Thanksgiving dishes like roasted turkey with trimmings or a vegetarian Wellington, along with sides such as sweet potatoes, truffle mac & cheese, and green bean casserole.

For a more private experience, group dining in a private room is available.

Railhouse

Enjoy a family style Thanksgiving meal at Railhouse, for £55pp.

The indulgent menu features free-rage turkey with all the trimmings, cornbread stuffing, truffled mac & cheese, maple-buttered sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie.

The Happenstance

From 18th November – 1st December, The Happenstance by Drake & Morgan are offering a specially crafted Thanksgiving dinner menu.

Enjoy a modern twist with limited edition pie-themed cocktails, titled Pumpkin Pie, Cherry Crumble and Key Lime Pie.

The four courses for £49.95pp include sweet corn chowder, turkey with all the trimmings or artichoke risotto, toffee and marshmallow kebabs and pumpkin pie.

The Montague on the Gardens
