Guests can enjoy dishes such as ‘Scallops, Caviar and Chives’, ‘Aged Beef, Marrow and Herbs’ and a dessert of ‘Beetroot, Black Olive and Whey’. New Year’s Eve Celebrations at Ping Pong, Southbank
To welcome in 2019, Ping Pong have curated a fabulous evening in the midst of the action at Southbank. London’s favourite Dim Sum restaurant is offering a choice of three packages for the evening starting at £135 per person for The Turquoise Package which includes a three course dim sum menu and a drink upon arrival. For a more decadent evening, guests can opt for the Golf Package, at £260 per person, which offers a personal mixologist to craft the perfect personal cocktails, with an open bar, access to the VIP lounge with canapes all until 2am. Nine Course Cocktail Menu at Nine Lives Bar this New Year’s Eve
Nine Lives are bringing luxurious vibes to the new year, with their tropical lush party. They will be dishing up nine serves which will comprise a mixture of spectacular cocktails and sumptuous small plates. Escape the bleak winter streets and get your dose of tropifornication, with a champagne fountain and DJs playing into the early hours.
The night will commence with champagne cocktails and oysters before sitting down to the nine serves food and cocktail menu. The first cocktail offering will be a delicate serve of sherry, sake, rose and sesame paired with king prawn skewers with pink ginger and coriander cress. Other courses such as the Nine Tales cocktail made with bourbon, palo cortado sherry and wine cordial will be warm and spicy, to be followed by a dainty portion of rare beef, scorched cherry tomato, green bean and watercress salad. To finish the feast, think bespoke tropical print macarons paired with an Espresso Martini Affogato.

Le Pont de la Tour, by Tower Bridge, is offering the ultimate New Year’s Eve celebration with an indulgent five-course tasting menu in the elegant restaurant followed by a spectacular boat cruise with free-flowing champagne down the River Thames. Lucky guests can enjoy stunning views of the fireworks from the river before setting foot on shore again and dancing the night away.
On the menu diners will be treated to dishes designed for celebrating including Morecambe Bay oysters with caviar, lemon and green shiso to start. To follow this, foie gras and smoked duck terrine before being tempted with poached Scottish langoustines, scallop veloute and bronze fennel. For the main course, guests can sink their teeth into a delicious beef fillet with ox cheek, bone marrow crumbs, black truffle and Madeira sauce.
