All rooms feature a king sized bed, comfy sofa, smart TV, marble bathrooms with rainfall showers, underfloor heating and White Company amenities, whilst suites also include separate lounge areas and in The Royal Suite a separate dining area and deep set marble bath. Deluxe rooms and above also have Nespresso machines, and Executive rooms and above have baths as well as rainfall showers. 

With the acclaimed Nipa Thai Restaurant, Park Restaurant & Lounge Bar and Hyde Cafe, as well as a bespoke room service menu, guests can enjoy an indulgent dinner, special occasion, business lunch, exquisite afternoon tea or simply a freshly ground coffee and croissant.

New in January 2022, Royal Lancaster London is delighted to launch ‘Royal Nuad Thai’, a sanctuary in the heart of London. This little oasis, hidden away on the third floor of the hotel, is the most authentic experience of a Thai spa treatment outside of Thailand. With 3 beautiful, fully equipped treatment rooms, each with their own shower and bathroom, aptly named after Thai flowers, Lotus, Jasmine and Hibiscus. 

Ahead of any treatment, guests receive a traditional foot ritual  of scented warm water and a natural foot scrub, and all treatments are finished with a session in the relaxation room, including a warming cup of lemongrass water to help flush toxins. This haven offers a sense of calm for guests and visitors alike, to rejuvenate in a place of serenity. 

In true Thai tradition, this beautifully relaxing space offers a holistic treatment menu featuring a curated collection of massage and beauty treatments, including signature Thai massages, relaxing oil Thai massages and classic & pregnancy massages. 

The Thai massages are performed by expertly trained masseuses and offer an equally energising, yet rejuvenating experience. With a combination of massage, stretching and assisted yoga postures, guests are led through a series of movements to ensure the ultimate feeling of relaxation.

For those looking for a unique event space, the hotel has introduced Studio 19, an innovative  studio on the top floor of the hotel, to allow businesses and individuals to host a virtual, hybrid or live event in the heart of London. The XR SmartStudio, in partnership with Smart AV, features an Extended Reality (XR) stage with LED backdrop and floor, audio, broadcast cameras and TV-ready lighting allowing clients to have both a live audience and virtual attendees. The SmartStudio creates a fully-immersive, 360-degree experience for guests, taking an event to the next level.

Additionally, the Forest Suites are available to hire for meetings of up to 30 people on an hourly and daily basis, and also as private offices and co-working spaces.
