Introducing No 124 Brighton, the latest hotel by GuestHouse, sitting pretty on the Kings Road with sweeping sea-views, a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. The historic buildings that No.124 occupies straddles Victorian and Georgian architecture, which the GuestHouse design team has lovingly lavished with a riot of colours and Palace Pier inspired décor – including a shiny disco ball hovering overhead as you enter. Inside, you’ll find 32 rooms and suites, a seriously soothing Fieldtrip Spa with our signature copper cove experience, lounges to sip cocktails and beautiful spaces to host events.

Located right on the seafront, we’re quite literally in pole-position for your next meeting or event, with truly unique spaces available for private hire, with 24-hour and day delegate rates available, along with full exclusive use.

Take things up a notch with a blue-sea meeting on the Brighton seafront at No.124 – with beach walks on the menu and even a bracing dip in the big blue at your fingertips, combined with our seaside-chic rooms & stunning cuisine, it’s a recipe for success!

As the name sounds, our GuestHouse can be home to your event exclusively – that’s right, all yours! From sunset cocktails on the terrace, to dancing the night away at Pearly Cow, our pad is a very impressive place to take-over indeed. It is available with or without Pearly Cow, as the ground floor of No.124 offers the Bar, Games Room, Lounge, Courtyard and Terrace, where you can still throw a fabulous ‘do’, although if you want a seated dining occasion, Pearly Cow is your best bet – and the rest is up to you!
