The Hall;
The Inn’s historic Hall is the heart of the Inn for its members and contains paintings, shields and stained glass windows dating back to the 15th century. It can offer a large yet intimate space for any wedding, ball, corporate dinner or drinks reception and is licensed for civil weddings. Captivating in its traditional surroundings, the Hall is decorated with historic paintings and heraldic shields. Several of the exquisite stained glass windows date back to 1462. The historic Armada screen is believed to be made of oak timbers from a captured ship of the Spanish Armada and given to the Inn by Queen Elizabeth I.
The Hall offers a distinguished venue for a wide variety of events, from informal wedding parties and gala balls to formal dinners and corporate receptions.

The Rose Heilbron Room;
An air conditioned and modern meeting room fully equipped with the latest video and teleconferencing facilities, a projector and screen. To accommodate a larger audience, a link can also be established between this room and the Bingham Room. Complementary WiFi is included.
The Rose Heilbron Room is located on the ground floor at 10 South Square.

The Benchers’ Library;
A small, quiet and atmospheric room ideal for meetings, private lunches and dinners.
Exuding an air of peace and tranquillity, free of distractions from the bustling streets of Central London, this historic room features a high ceiling with large elegant windows overlooking Gray’s Inn Square. Its décor provides the ideal atmosphere for intimate occasions.
The Benchers’ Library is the perfect setting for small meetings, private lunches and dinners.

The Large Pension Room;
A large and bright room with a number of ornate chandeliers and a marble fireplace. The Large Pension Room is licensed for civil weddings. A bright and airy room located on the first floor, reached by an impressive sweeping oak staircase, this formal banqueting room is discreet yet very versatile. It features a series of ornate chandeliers and a magnificent marble fireplace.
The Large Pension Room is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and is much sought after for dinners and wedding receptions. It may also be used in conjunction with the Benchers’ Library for select and private group meetings, lectures or presentations.

The Small Pension Room;
This attractive oak panelled room contains a beautiful mahogany table and is ideally sized for small board meetings and private dinners. A lavish and charming banqueting room surrounded by oak panelled walls with a beautiful mahogany table.
The ceiling proves a distinctive feature, adorned with ornate moulds of red roses that surround the large seal of the Duchy of Lancaster.
Perfectly suited for small board meetings, presentations, select dinner parties or for aperitifs before a private dinner.

The Bingham Room;
A versatile room equipped with a PA system, screen and projector to meet any audio visual requirements. It is suitable for boardroom meetings, seminars, drinks receptions and dinners. Located on the first floor in an adjoining building opposite the Hall, this exclusive and versatile banqueting room provides a peaceful view overlooking the beautifully landscaped squares.

The Bridge Bar;
Open to members, tenants and residents of the Inn, the Bridge Bar can provide a light and comfortable location for informal breakfast meetings or lunch. It is ideally located to be used as drinks reception pre or post meeting in the Bingham Room. The bar is a light and airy space, open to members of any of the Inns of Court, residents and tenants of Gray’s Inn, as well as clients hiring a function room at Gray’s Inn.
The Marquee in the Walks;
The Inn’s gardens are known as the Walks and each year, usually from late June to late July, the Summer Marquee is erected. The Marquee provides an idyllic summer setting for a variety of events from corporate parties to weddings and outdoor events. A hidden gem located in the heart of Central London and less than five minutes’ walk from Chancery Lane station, The Walks at Gray’s Inn are formed of five acres of private gardens – the perfect Summer party venue.
Meetings or conferences for up to 300 guests. For evening events, they can host standing receptions up to 650 guests and seated dinner dances up to 350 guests.
