Head Pastry Chef Loic Carbonnet at Corinthia London has created a selection of festive treats to adorn the tea trolley in The Crystal Moon Lounge. The large selection includes a Chestnut, vanilla and rum tartlet; Spiced pineapple and vanilla éclair; and Maple syrup sponge, pear and cranberry compote with lemon chantilly. Available from Friday 15 November, the festive afternoon tea is priced at £60pp or £70pp including a glass of Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Brut Champagne.
