Alba is a refined Pan-Asian restaurant located in the Dubai Opera Plaza, Downtown Dubai. Opened in March 2024 by Metafoodies Restaurants Management, it offers a sophisticated fusion of traditional Asian flavors—particularly from Korea, Japan, and China—enhanced with modern European culinary techniques.

​The restaurant also boasts a unique bar concept, offering an extensive selection of sake sourced from Japan, organic teas, and a cocktail menu inspired by Asian wildlife myth.
