Your accommodation, just a few steps away from a stunning beach, will be the starting point for each activity included within this unique retreat.
Enjoy a mix of activities delivered by Clare and Natalie including various yoga practices, meditation, and restorative relaxation sessions to help calm and heal the body and mind. You
will be guided on mindful walks allowing you to embrace the natural beauty that surrounds you. If you love water, you will have an opportunity to experience our optional sea swim.
In between your activities you will enjoy a healthy meal and refreshment plan, all specially selected by their team. They use seasonal fresh ingredients and focus on the balance of healthy, nutritious and delicious dishes to demonstrate that food is your friend when it comes to overall wellness.
Whilst enjoying a break in between activities, you are welcome to relax in the hotel or explore the island further. They would love you to add further overnight stays for the ultimate ‘bolt on’ to what promises to be an amazing experience.
