Located on the corner of New Row and St. Martin’s Lane, Mr Fogg’s Tavern lies in the heart of theatre-land. Left by Fogg’s late Aunt Gertrude to her loyal housekeeper Fanny McGee, her home has been transformed into a haven for art-lovers and theatre-folk to enjoy a selection of snacks and delicious tipples. Patrons can marvel at the walls and ceilings bedecked with an eccentric array of memorabilia and can now enjoy drinks in our large outdoor seating area. Perfect for quenching one’s first, we welcome all passers-by to fill their boots with traditional beers, freshly-made juicy punches and adventurous libations, alongside a range of hearty and scrumptious fodder. Sit inside the Tavern and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere, surrounded by unique artefacts from around the world. Or, book a table outdoors and soak up the glorious British sunshine with a tipple in hand.
From Monday to Saturday at 12pm to 3pm, enjoy a simple yet scrumptious lunchtime offer: a filling sandwich and a side of chips for £12. Or, peruse our regular lunch menu for delectable burgers and other delightful dishes. On Sundays, unwind and dig into our delectable Sunday Roast offering from 12pm, complete with all the trimmings and served with a unique Mr Fogg’s twist!
Join Mr Tom Carradine, on the ‘Ol Johanna, for a good ol’ fashioned cockney singalong at the Tavern, as he presents an evening of timeless songs with joyous audience participation from 8.31pm to 10:31pm.
