From July 1st, West London’s latest alfresco drinking and dining spot, The Chelsea Courtyard, will be getting into the sporting spirit screening all Wimbledon tennis matches and serving two specially created cocktails inspired by Wimbledon.
Strawberry Creme Brûlée – A fruity combination of Baileys, Gordon’s Pink Gin, Fresh Cream, Fresh Strawberries and Homemade Caramel Syrup
Deuce – A zesty combination of Luxardo Limoncello, Fresh Lemon Juice, Strawberry Syrup and Fresh Strawberries
Alongside the cocktails, guests will be able to enjoy seasonal dishes from the all-day menu including fresh salads and The Courtyard Burger with cheese, smashed avocado, red onion, harissa and tomato chutney, sandwiched together by a sesame bun.

One of our favourite rooftop groups will be screening the matches this year! Bluebird Chelsea
Bluebird Chelsea introduces its brand new and quintessentially English terrace in time for the world’s most prestigious tennis tournament. What better way to enjoy Wimbledon than relaxing in ‘The English Garden’, designed in partnership with leading English sparkling wine producer, Nyetimber. An outdoor screen has been erected in Bluebird’s iconic courtyard and will show all of the matches live, for two weeks, for those who can’t make it to the actual courts.
On Sunday 14th July, Bluebird is celebrating the Men’s Final with a special edition menu. Revel in the excitement and tension of the concluding Wimbledon match whilst enjoying an array of delicious dishes. This summer, watch Wimbledon in the comfort of Bluebird Café’s Strawberry Fields Terrace. Avenue – St James’s Street
Seasonal British brasserie, Avenue is getting into the Wimbledon spirit with a large indoor screen, devoted to the live matches, accompanied by a selection of limited edition cocktails and classic dishes for a real bargain. From 1st July, the restaurant will air the tennis live to guests, in the heart of London’s St James.
Head Chef, Arnold Ivey has curated a menu of three Avenue classics for just £10 each during the tennis matches, consisting of Mussels & French fries, served with slices of crusty bread for dipping; seaside classic, Fish & Chips; and the Avenue Cheeseburger with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, gherkins, and hand cut chips.
Additionally, Avenue has concocted a trio of exclusive Wimbledon cocktails for the occasion, available at just £6 during game times. The cocktails include vodka-based, Strawberry Ace made with fresh strawberries, strawberry liqueur and topped with cream; Green Court, a combination of vodka, cream and mint & chocolate liqueur; and the perfect summer drink, Pimms Love.

The Little Blue Door
When Wimbledon fever hits (1st-15th July), in celebration of the greatest British sporting event of the year, will be serving up “Strawberries and Cream” inspired frozen Rosé cocktails. Tennis enthusiasts and cocktail sippers will be able to catch all the action on the bar’s big screen, drink in hand, whilst enjoying the summer terrace. On Saturday 13th July the flatmates will be celebrating with their Retro Wimbledon Sportswear House Party, to pay tribute to Britains favourite summer sporting event and the greatest stars from the past. Whether your Borg or McEnroe or Billie Jean or Steffi, guests are invited to come kitted out as their favourite tennis star or old school sports icons for an evening of retro fancy dress. To celebrate Wimbledon, The Championships – London’s favourite Scottish restaurant, Mac & Wild, will be serving up The Wild Wimbledon Strawberry and G and T Ice Cream float, taking city dwellers on a trip to Centre Court without having to step foot out of the Square Mile. Made using Summer Strawberries, Hendricks Gin, Vanilla Ice cream, meringue, Strawberry sauce and fresh mint, the ice cream float makes for the perfect summer serve.
The terrace is undercover, so unlike those watching from Murray Mound, fans will be safe from the rain and the unpredictable English Summer weather!

St James’s Market
In early July, St James’s Market will rival Centre Court for the best view with daily open air screenings of the Wimbledon Championships. From the first round matches on July 1st to the Men’s Final on July 14th, the full tournament will be shown and visitors can enjoy watching from the comfort of a deck chair in the heart of the West End. Local restaurants in St James’s Market will be serving from their terraces with special Wimbledon offers and incentives.
