We are a two-storey fitness and spa studio space with a beautiful minimalist design. This is a perfect space for events, corporate days out, workshops, photography and film. The ground floor is an open-plan gym space with lots of natural light, open space and textured walls. We also have gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, yoga mats, yoga blocks and water-rowers. In the basement, we have a state-of-the-art immersion room that includes two ice baths and a 6 person sauna which makes this a completely unique space in London.
