Vinotca will open a new 95 cover wine bar and restaurant at Borough Yards, the large-scale new shopping and dining district in London Bridge in the end of January 2022.
The wine hotspot will be among the first to open at the development, which will house around 50 shops and restaurants, set across a series of reimagined Victorian brick railway arches, viaducts and warehouses, and across new open public spaces.
With a community of London’s best food suppliers on its doorstep, many of the fresh ingredients for Vinoteca’s seasonal menu at Borough Yards will be sourced from the neighbouring Borough Market. The new location will also have a focus on sustainability, with customers able to select a wide range of sustainably made wines from a regularly updated list of over 200 varieties.
