What do we offer

We have many standalone ‘doing’ activities which are great for intimate virtual connections for business entertainment or team building. Plus off-the-shelf themed party options and we can create a fully bespoke gathering with any combination of our experiences which start at £750. We also work with an extensive range of celebrities, hi-profile artists and influencers.

And don’t forget the goody bags ! Receiving something in the post to set up for the event is crucial to bring the virtual event to life at home. Most of our food, drinks and creative experiences come with products and equipment boxes which can be tailored. We have also off-the-shelf party boxes, dinner boxes and build entirely bespoke to your event or campaign.

Why virtually entertain?The idea of virtual entertainment is to reward and celebrate – bring a group of people together virtually such as team members, clients, communities or sometimes strangers to encourage connection and engagement. It’s important that this is live, interactive, hands-on and rich in visuals and audio.

When we create a fun lively space for socialising and networking this helps to reduce the usual awkwardness of online video comms. Breaking the ice through chat, games, laughs and kinesthetic activities we reach out to those attending and influence them through this experience holding space and creating a cohesive group and influential memories.

Its also really key to make this interactive and a ‘doing’ experience where guests have to prepare something or are sent tangible items to use during the experience.

 

What works best?

We recommend for live hands-on activities to keep the virtual groups small and manageable 10-25 people this encourages the best interaction and creates the most connection through visual engagement, live experience and real-time verbal discussion. We recommend using a platform which allows full visuals of all participants such as Zoom which has the best capabilities for sound and screen sharing but most sessions can be adapted or streamed to work with any platform.

For medium-sized groups of up to 26-75 we recommend keeping participants on mute and we will provide a compere to support the presenter. They will verbalise the chat screen comments and questions to the audience and presenter to encourage interactivity during the session.

For large groups of 76+ you can either begin in a large room and split down the group into smaller breakout sessions running simultaneous content sessions on different topics or styles. Or you could consider running the content in the main space and then splitting the group into smaller breakouts to communicate and share during the session or afterwards to allow that more intimate networking experience.

For parties which are in excess of 50 people, we provide a compere to host the space with our production team. For much larger groups its beneficial to run a multi-room party where guests can move in and out of the main entertainment room and visit different rooms for more intimate experience gatherings and connection points. These can be run back to back on repeat to service large crowds. We also offer ‘chill and chat’ spaces where guests can pop off to enjoy their drinks or rest after a dance with a group of colleagues in a private video chat room.

All the below come with product and equipment boxes ranging from £25-£75 per box. Some activities can be conducted with home-prepared items and ingredients.

Choose from an array of live performances from singers, comedians, DJ’s, dancers, visual artists plus interactive tasting and making segments such as cocktails and fun activities. Family-friendly options available. Plus extra add ons such as the photobooth and awards.

These can come with or without party boxes which contain drinks, snacks, sweets, keepsakes, gifts, décor and props. Various price points from £29 per household upwards.
