Each room boasts its own individual outside space, ranging from private courtyard garden terraces to balconies. The rooms are arranged over five levels, each offering unique aspects over gardens, cliffs, beach, sea and sky. Stunningly appointed bedrooms and suites feature free standing baths, walk-in showers,  sea views, private gardens, terraces or private rooftop sitting rooms.

The Scarlet Restaurant gazes out over Mawgan Porth beach to the Atlantic Ocean beyond, serving seasonal dishes to watch the waves, weather and sunset by. The Scarlet have been serving fresh, locally sourced food since 2009.  Led by Head Chef Mike Francis, the team bring together modern European-style dishes with the gusto of Cornwall at its heart.  They work with Cornwall’s innovative, organic and sustainable growers, farmers and fishermen to source the best produce the county has to offer, the menus change regularly and with the seasons.

The Scarlet is designed in such a way that almost wherever you are, you can enjoy far-reaching views of the beach and sea beyond. The Scarlet wants you to feel connected to the unique location, both indoors and out.
