Situated in the beautiful courtyard of Taj Hotels in Central London, TH@51 brings flavours of food from around the world into one menu. The floor to ceiling windows give an inside-outside feel and provide a view of the gorgeous water fountain in the square. It allows you the luxury of escaping the bustling City of London and gaining the experience of an intimate and tranquil courtyard. In the evenings, live music can be enjoyed over a drink or 3-course meal, delivering a relaxed feel to this modern restaurant.
The cocktail menu takes inspiration from the seven biomes of the world, including natural ingredients from each of these habitats. The London-inspired Copper Garden Cocktail consisted of locally-sourced ingredients, including Whitley Neill Gin, rhubarb and apple.
Highlight dishes to try include The Togarashi Tuna and Salt & Pepper Squid for starters, Hoisin Duck Italia for main, and the trio of ice-cream lollies to finish.
