    Ryan’s infatuation with this mysterious, hypnotic, historical, and scientific mushroom started in 2008 and he has been addicted ever since.
    Worth more in its weight than gold, Ryan will be sourcing truffles from Italy, France, Spain, England, and Australia for this truffle menu which consists of 3 canapés and a 6 course tasting menu.
