This recently opened restaurant by chef Fernando Trocca brings an open fire cooking craft to Soho. Sitting atop Adajo bar, this restaurant is a Latin American hub in central London as the Chef, Trocca, is world renowned for his Latin American cuisine since 2001. The menu will contain a broad palette of international flavours and the interiors have been designed by Japanese architect Noriyoshi Muramatsu. The high ceiling space is filled with decor that pay homage to it formerly being the concert hall for the London College of Music, a mixture of striking industrial features and bespoke chandeliers.
