Stanwell House is a beautiful Georgian property situated in the heart of Lymington, which offers both comfort and luxury in a relaxed, elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
Following an extensive refurbishment in 2022, Stanwell House is now one of the most luxurious boutique hotels in the New Forest and is the perfect place for any corporate event, whether it’s business, pleasure or a bit of both.
Our beautiful events room is the ideal space for meetings, private dinners or any excuse you can find to get together with friends, family or colleagues.
The events room is flooded with natural light, has direct access to a private area of the garden and has carefully considered décor, which all combine to create an events space that has personality, but is enough of a blank canvas to suit to any occasion.
With a choice of layouts, we can seat up to 25 guests or up to 40 for a standing reception. Our beautiful hardwood boardroom table can seat up to 16 guests for a meeting or an exclusive dining experience. Larger groups can be accommodated at round tables.
From nibbles to afternoon tea, sharing boards to a five-course tasting menu, plus everything in between, we have a dining option to suit. Alternatively, the space works fantastically well for networking, breakfast meetings, workshops and drinks receptions.
With the Solent and New Forest right on our doorstep, we can also offer a range off-site activities, from adrenaline fuelled rib-rides to serene sailing on a yacht, or on dry land there’s horse-riding, guided walks, treasure hunts and so much more.
At Stanwell House, we pride ourselve on providing a tailored service, rather than a one size fits all approach. Prices are quoted on a bespoke basis, depending on your specific requirements, so get in touch so we can help you start planning your perfect event.
