The Sample Room is part of The Grubstreet Author, our sister venue, located in the same building ad The Brewery. The Sample Room in its former guise was an area made for invention where the latest alcoholic creations were tried and tested before being unleashed on the general public. Now with a revamp this stylish space is still an area where creative thinking is encouraged, ideas are born and the odd libation or two must still be tested. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with The Pasteur Room and The Cutting Room for larger events such as conferences, meetings, product launches or weddings.
