MiMi Mei Fair

MiMi Mei is a sophisticated dining experience set in an old fashioned oriental elegance meeting modern day eclecticism.

The restaurant spans over 3 floors and 6 rooms, where diverse traditional Chinese essences are narrated across vibrant antique stylings inspired by Chinese decor throughout the decades. From the ground floor ‘The Hall’ mirrors the Forbidden Palace of Beijing with its sapele timber screened salons and marble mosaic fish scale floorings. Up the chinoiserie lined stairs, is the emerald-green and black Library and bright coral Parlour where 19th century old Shanghai decor centres around a marble fireplace. Down on the bottom floor, is the black marble ‘Moon Bar’, sipped beneath an illuminated full moon mirror inspired by an old Chinese Folklore tale, serving innovative elixirs and classic cocktails.

From Dim Sum to A La Carte, the menu celebrates on China’s rich food heritage, embodying authentic Chinese dishes inspired by traditionalist cooking techniques and flavours extended throughout Hong Kong, Singapore and various provinces of Mainland China.
