1 Warwick has 9 thoughtfully designed meeting rooms, varying in layout, size and accommodating up to 20 people. Equipped with the latest AV facilities – from HD screens to teleconferencing — they are inviting, relaxed spaces with all the little details to make you feel at home. Our restaurant also delivers a ‘room-service’ menu throughout the day, making them perfect for conferences, team lunches or private dining.

Library

The Library is a welcome retreat from the bustle of Soho, with plush sofas to sink into and thoughtful design. With its own fully equipped bar, it is the hub for our members’ cultural event program whilst also being available for hosting private parties of up to 80 people.

Workspace

 

Private studies

1 Warwick has a selection of intuitively designed private Studies across three floors that suit groups between 6 and 60. Filled with natural light, all Studies come fully furnished with smart desks, ergonomic chairs and inviting interior touches that are married with sleek shelving and industrial light finishes. These workspaces are perfect for teams or groups of members who like to work together. Members can enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen, private phone booths, printing area and a selection of meeting rooms – as well as order food and drink right to their desk.

 

Resident Desks

Our dedicated desks offer Resident members the convenience of a permanent spot, while benefitting from the buzz of a communal workspace. Housed within two enclosed areas, these 16 dedicated desks also come with access to a fully equipped kitchen, phone booths, a printing area and a selection of meeting rooms for up to 16 people.

 

Pied-A-Terre

The Pied-à-Terre is our open-plan workspace, complete with library-style tables and comfortable lounge seating. It is ideally suited to those who flourish in a communal workspace, without needing their own permanent desk. Here, members can enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen, phone booths, printing area and a selection of meeting rooms – as well as order food and drink right to their seat.

 

Living Room & Den

The Living Room has a sociable, warm atmosphere and is a casual space for members to work during the day, or meet – whether planned or by chance – for coffee catch-ups or working lunches. It has its own bar, inviting lounge seating in mohairs and velvets – and the Den is just next door with its cosy fireplace and seating for 12.
