Following a successful residency at 10 Heddon Street, former Sager + Wilde head chef Chris Leach and Smokestak founder David Carter have together launched this ‘nose-to-tail’ Italian restaurant.
Everything they do in the kitchen has a deeply rustic simplicity to it, making everything that can be from scratch, with hand-rolled pasta on the menu, cooking nose-to-tail from whole animals, and scorching cuts over an open flame.
