Lumiere London’s Shoreditch Loft with Spacious Roof Terrace
Are you looking for an outdoor terrace space for your intimate team events? Look no further! As warmer days and evenings approach rapidly, now is the time to book our Shoreditch Loft.
With excellent public transport links to Old Street, Shoreditch High Street & Liverpool Street Station, as well as extensive nearby bike stations and cycle paths, Shoreditch Loft is ideally located on the third floor of Charlotte House within the much sought-after Shoreditch triangle.
The loft consists of a spacious roof terrace which can host intimate lunch events and evening cocktail receptions for up to 25 people. Basked in natural daylight, inside there are two open spaces with exposed brickwork and beams, original wooden floors and a decorative fireplace. Other amenities include the mezzanine area, a fully-equipped designer kitchen, two bathrooms and a passenger lift and separate staircase for easy access.
Our Shoreditch Loft offers a range of flexible set up possibilities with state-of-the-art AV equipment available on request. The venue is perfect for company-away days, board meetings, workshops, private dining events, Champagne receptions, filming and photo shoots.
We can host up to 80 people for a reception event, 60 in theatre style and 50 in a cabaret style set up.
Our team is dedicated to providing a bespoke experience for clients and welcome everyone into the Lumiere home where sustainability and creativity are paramount.

This studio contains a maximum capacity of 80 standing, 60 theatre, 50 cabaret or 30 boardroom style.

On request, we can provide breakfasts, lunches, three course dinners and drinks receptions. Of course, our Chef is more than happy to create a special dinner menu as per your or client’s requirements.
We also provide Smart TV Screens, PA Systems, microphones, whiteboards, flipcharts and any other AV equipment for an additional charge.
