The session will cover:
An introduction to a number of herbs that support our immune system and help to remedy illness when we fall sick, balance nerves, sleep and make you feel good.Ways to combine herbs, spices, fruits and roots to make your own seasonal remedies covering herbal teas, tinctures and decoctions. Tasting a number of herbal remedies as part of the class

You will make:
a set of personalised herbal teas or tonics
We’ll make 4 tonics together, from specific herbs designed to nourish you, by combining infused vinegars, tinctures and herbal syrup (alcohol-free and vegan options available)- you can choose either
PEACE / RECHARGE/SLEEP/ RELAX/ BREATHE/SHIELD (Immune tonic to shield you from the environment).

You can add these to cocktails/mocktails or teas. Or even have as your ally as a daily “multivitamin”.
Ticket price includes all materials, recipe handouts, herbal drinks and light refreshments.
