An all-day café, restaurant and rooftop bar overlooking the Olympic Park in Stratford, Haugen serves food taking inspiration from Alpine dining. The menu will feature modern versions of classic Alpine dishes including irresistible cheese fondue, tartiflette and raclette. Whether it’s for breakfast at 8 am, a leisurely lunch, a takeaway from the grab and go deli, a romantic dinner or a celebration, Haugen aims to hit the spot.
The Pavillion, where that the venue is housed, is an impressive Bauhaus inspired wood and glass building. The name ‘Haugen’ is a tribute to an unsung hero of the first Winter Olympics in 1924 and a celebration of Stratford’s role in hosting the 2012 London Olympics.
