Harrods Dining Hall
Central London

Harrods introduces an evolution of their impressive Grade II listed Dining Hall, one of the most iconic spaces within the building. Welcoming an array of phenomenal new restaurants, fronted by world-renowned chefs from Sushi By Masa, Kinoya Ramen Bar, and Assembly Mezze & Skewers, familiar favourites such as Tom Kerridge’s Fish & Chips, Pasta Evangelists by Perbellini, and The Grill, will return with refreshed menus. Guests will be able to enjoy alongside expectational cocktails, as well as live music and entertainment. Providing a truly unique dining experience for an evening out.

Restaurants:

  • Sushi by MASA
Sushi like you’ve never experienced before arrives in London for the first time with Sushi by MASA, opening soon in the Harrods Dining Hall. At the helm is critically acclaimed Japanese chef Masayoshi (‘Masa’) Takayama, the mastermind behind three Michelin-star restaurants in New York – MASA, Bar MASA, and Kappo Masa. The restaurant promises a wide range of signature sushi, from Masa Toro caviar rolls to Ohmi beef tataki and salmon tartare temaki, and hot dishes on both the omakase and à la carte menus. Do not miss the seafood platter or Japanese A5 Wagyu steak, and be sure to return for the black cod with miso butter. Pair your meal with tantalising cocktails – from the Magenta, with Japanese gin, white rum, blueberry cordial, verjus, and lemon, to the Torri Sunset, a concoction of Japanese whisky, elderflower, yuzushu liqueur, mandarin purée and soda water – or choose from an extensive wine list.

  • Pasta Evangelists by Perbellini
There are some hunger pangs that only fresh, homemade pasta can temper – and don’t the Pasta Evangelists know it. With a view to bringing authentic regional Italian dishes to London, they opened their first fresh pasta counter in Harrods in 2018, followed by their first restaurant venture in our very own Dining Hall not long after. Taking the menu to new heights this season is chef Giancarlo Perbellini. The Italian is best known for his two-Michelin-star restaurant in Verona: Casa Perbellini. For the Pasta Evangelists, he has created a deliciously tempting menu including ravioli with braised venison, mushroom emulsion and hazelnut. And of course, there are classic favourites available too, like rigatoni cacio e pepe and pappardelle with a rich beef ragu. For the perfect finish, don’t miss the opportunity to tuck into the ultra-indulgent tiramisù. And why not complete your experience by letting the expert team pair your meal with a cocktail from the extensive drinks list – or a specially selected wine.

  • Kinoya Ramen Bar
What began as a supper club is today the celebrated Kinoya ramen bar in Dubai. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023 and currently rated number seven in Middle East & Africa 50 Best Restaurants 2023, it is now available in the Dining Hall for the first time ever – with a menu created under the watchful eye of Chef Neha Mishra. For maximum flavour (and keeping in line with the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability) each hearty bowl is created according to ‘nose to tail’ principles for the ultimate ramen experience. Don’t miss the signature shio paitan, a slow-cooked chicken broth with seared chicken and a drizzle of mayu (burnt garlic oil), and a dish available exclusively at Harrods: tonkotsu with 12-hour rich pork broth, bacon katsuobushi salt, anchovy oil and torched chasu (pork belly). Make sure to leave room for sides, too. On the izakaya menu of light bites, there’s Wagyu tsukune (a traditional Japanese meatball), miso butter aubergine, and burnt butter scallops.

  • Assembly Mezze and Skewers
Chef Athanasios Kargatzidis’ hugely popular restaurant Baron Beirut is one of Lebanon’s most successful establishments, and top rated in 50 Best Restaurants Middle East & Africa. Fondly known as ‘Chef Tommy’, Greek-born Athanasios Kargatzidis is the founder of successful restaurant Baron in Beirut, Greek-food pop-up à la grecque in Dubai, and restaurant Costa Fria in the Portuguese coastal town of Ericeira. The chef has travelled the world and been inspired by gourmet flavours that he then uses in his own menus. Arriving in London with Assembly Mezze & Skewers, he brings authentic mezze with a focus on the grill and vegetarian plates. A celebration of Eastern Mediterranean dishes that take inspiration from Levantine flavours, the menu dishes are designed to be shared.

  • The Grill
Experience the thrill of the grill at this must-try destination for meat-lovers. Every cut on the menu – all straight from our in-house butcher – is hand-picked from the very finest producers and cooked to order on a charcoal grill in the Harrods Dining Hall. Hankering for a steak? Savour the flavours of our native-bred beef – dry-aged for no fewer than 32 days in a Himalayan salt chamber to draw out the very best of its flavour. Or indulge in one of our worldwide picks: Japanese Kobe fillet, USDA Creekstone ribeye or Australian Wagyu sirloin. Other menu highlights include English rotisserie chicken, brined by our chefs for perfectly succulent meat, as well as a wide selection of sides such as dauphinoise potatoes, truffle mac and cheese, and creamed spinach.

  • Tom Kerridge Fish & Chips
British meals don’t get more classic than fish and chips. For young and old alike, the crunch of batter encasing tender fish together with a chunky chip dipped in ketchup is the ultimate heartwarming nod to comfort and nostalgia. Trust in Tom Kerridge to take the UK’s favourite dish to new heights at his eponymous restaurant. On the menu created by one of the UK’s best-loved chefs, you’ll find Britain’s finest, freshest seafood, all ethically caught and hand-selected by local fishmongers. From the daily catch to hand-dived scallops and native lobster, there’s a variety of grilled and deep-fried options – with the chef’s signature crisp and gluten-free batter – that will have you salivating. And as you’d expect, Kerridge does not neglect the chips, which take two days to be prepared before they arrive at your table, piping hot and triple-cooked alongside a choice of dips. Choose to pair yours with caviar and crème fraiche, or his homemade Matson curry sauce – a tribute to Kerridge’s local chip shop around the corner from where he grew up. Desserts are equally classic, and reminiscent of seaside holidays: a caramelised banana split with frosted banana chips and caramel sauce; or mint-chocolate pieces with a frosted chocolate cake and warm chocolate sauce. We guarantee neither will be on your plate for long.
