We’re shortening the journey from farm to Fortnum’s, by working with incredible growers and producers whose regenerative practices don’t just sustain the planet, but repair and improve it. We’re championing delicious seasonal ingredients both for the way they taste and the way they’re grown, because the future of food is taking root now, and we’re excited to play our part.
The future of food depends on discovery and innovation, and that’s a belief we live by at FIELD. So, we’re always looking for new ways to work and grow. We’re always searching for better ways to reuse and repurpose the incredible ingredients we use.
