Created in 2013 by Founder and Owner Kurt Zdesar, the concept continues to evolve, and push the boundaries and vision of the restaurant scene.
THE VISION
After gaining notable knowledge in multiple successful hospitality ventures, Kurt Zdesar envisioned and brought the Chotto Matte concept to life.
Determined to create a new, exciting, and accessible fine dining experience, Zdesar started a journey taking him from Japan to Peru. After meeting with local Chefs and learning traditional techniques, he set his heart on Nikkei cuisine.
Chotto Matte counts 4 locations worldwide, throughout England, the U.S and Canada, with more locations to come in the Middle East and North America.
