We offer 9 high spec meeting rooms available for members to book by the hour, from 4 – 25 ppl. All meeting rooms are fully serviced and available to reserve via the 12 Hay Hill app.

Christmas at 12 Hay Hill
Christmas at 12 Hay Hill is always a magical affair. All of our spaces are decorated with a mixture of fabulous floral arrangements, designed and curated specifically for the Club. As well as beautifully striking Christmas trees, garlands and wreaths carefully placed around our event spaces, to create a truly spectacular space for any winter event.
Whether you’re looking for a space in the heart of Mayfair for your office Christmas party, a place to host your clients, or just an old-fashioned festive soirée – 12 Hay Hill has an event space to suit you.
Our 4th Floor lounge, Bar, Restaurant and private dining rooms are all available to hire, and can accommodate anywhere from 10 – 150 people.
Sit-down Christmas Dinners
If you want to go all out this year for your Christmas Party, we can offer you a spectacular dining experience. Whether you are looking for a grandiose affair, for up to 100 people, or an intimate gastronomic experience for a small group – we have space to accommodate your needs, and leave your guests suitably wowed.
As a London Members Club, you can expect only the best food and drinks. We decorate all of our spaces with fabulous festive floral arrangements and have a number of festive dinner packages available, from our 3 & 4 course set menus, to our 10 course dining experience with wine pairing.
