Halloween Spectacular at Midnight Apothecary
Midnight Apothecary’s seventh Halloween Spooktacular is set to return on the 27th October. Set among the incredibly carved pumpkin lanterns, frosted spider web roof garden and cosy fire pit, Midnight Apothecary have curated a set of Halloween potions. The collection includes the Bitter Pumpkin, Mr Hyde Potion and Peary Scary Brandy Punch.
Halloween Cocktail at Dirty Bones
For their annual Halloween bash on the 27th October, Dirty Bones have refined an exclusive cocktail for the season. The newest cocktail, the Lil Pump(kin) is a rum-based Ramos Fizz with a pumpkin spice twist. Sign up for the especially notorious Halloween party, as tickets are selling fast!
Pumpkin Five Spice Ice Cream at Chin Chin Labs
The revolutionary ice cream shop Chin Chin Labs has worked its wonders yet again. You can pick up their newest flavour, Pumpkin Five Spice, which is completely vegan throughout the whole of October. Want to kick things up a notch? The brave can also add a topping of crunchy worms to the selection. Available at the Camden and Soho branches.
Buffy The Vampire Film Screening and Clubnight at The Book Club
Calling all Buffy fans. This Halloween, The Book Club is getting a spooky transformation. On the 27th October The Book Club is hosting a throwback evening with tunes from bands like The Cranberries and Hole. Enjoy a cultured evening starting with life drawing and the most iconic episodes whilst savouring the Slayers Sour Cocktails…if you dare to try them.
Stranger Things at All Star Lanes
Stranger Things has descended onto All Star Lanes this Halloween. Until the 4th November, All Star Lanes is brewing up an electrifying Halloween menu. The gruesome Stranger Pin is not for the squeamish. A bloody red bun houses the juicy beef burger, topped with Monterey Jack cheese, guacamole and Bloody Mary relish. Enjoy, (or don’t) with a side of crispy Terror Tots, and The Shadow Shake, a blend of black coconut ice cream, grenadine and raspberry puree –topped with cream, white chocolate and a gummy eyeball.
Kakigory at Honi Poke
For one night only, on the 31st October, both branches of Honi Poke are switching things up. The Kakigore, a Japanese shaved ice dessert has had a gory makeover. Smothered in strawberry syrup and freaky toppings, the Kakigore looks spooky, yet so delicious!
Rocky Horror Show Twisted Disco at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen
For one night only, on the 27th October, Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen reopens its doors to OUSE, to bring to you a warped evening of music and cocktails. Try Dr. Frank-N- Furter’s Poison cocktails and rock out to The Rocky Horror Picture Show classics such as The Time Warp and Sweet Transvestite and other tunes from the OUSE DJs.
Skullerfly menu at M Threadneedle Street
Who says that Halloween dining can’t be refined? Until the 10th November, executive Chef, Mike Reid, will be serving an exclusive menu in collaboration with Rich Simmons and his Skullerfly exhibition which currently showing at the restaurant. The menu, available on request, will only be available for a limited number of tables per night. To start, Reid serves Bones, a dish of Wagyu ox cheek paired with a bone broth and bone marrow potatoes in a bespoke skull bowl. Additionally, Reid serves the Chocolate Swarm, a salted chocolate tart in the image of a swarm of butterflies, served with almond ice cream.
Halloween at Swingers
Journey into a spooky wonderland this Halloween with Swingers, the crazy golf club. Both venues, Swingers City or Swingers West End, will descend into darkness for a truly spooky experience from Wednesday 31st October to Saturday 3rd November. If you think you have the guts for it, head down through the cobwebs to begin your crazy golf course. To celebrate Halloween, Swingers have released their ghoulish Pumpgin Martini, which you can enjoy along side other delicious bites.
Hotel Halloween at Novikov’s Lounge Bar
This Halloween Novikov’s Lounge Bar is getting a spooky transformation. For one night only on Wednesday 31st October, Hotel Halloween will descend, turning the bright and beautiful space into the stuff of nightmares. From the moment you set foot into the bar, your evening will take a turn for the warped. A spooky porter will host a meet and greet like no other, before embarking on a night of terrors with mysterious cocktails and live performances from the hotel staff. The horror-filled entertainment doesn’t stop there. Throughout the evening, DJ Jeremy Healey’s tracks will bring a new meaning to ear worm. Naturally, the dress code is dress to impress so be prepared to full out this Halloween.
The event will run from 9am until 3am.
A Taste of Spooky at ULI
This Halloween the culinary team at ULI have devised a wickedly delicious trio of specials. Dishes include spicy Chinese meatballs with pumpkin, Devilish dumplings with pork and pumpkin, and salt and pepper frogs legs.To compliment this daring trio, guests can opt for a chilling blood orange sangria alongside the Halloween menu, which will be offered until the 3rd November.
