The 5th of November is that time of the year when we gather around a bonfire and watch the night sky light-up. A celebration for Guy Fawkes failed attempt at blowing up parliament around 400 years ago. Spend this cold November night right by finding the perfect spot to watch the fireworks light-up the London skyline. Don’t forget to pre-book (where necessary), wrap up warm and enjoy!

For you West Londoner’s, you’re in luck as Chiswick business park offers one of the largest displays the city has to offer! Located conveniently right opposite Gunnersbury tube station.

Wimbledon Park Fireworks

 

 

If you find yourself south of the river, Wimbledon Park offers a great spot to watch the fireworks. Wimbledon also offers fun and games and even a 2nd firework display later on. This one is great for the kids offering a funfair and plenty of food & drink!

When: Friday 4 November, 5.15pm and 7.15pm

Beckenham Fireworks

 

 

The Beckenham Fireworks takeover Croydon Recreation Ground yearly for this iconic display, which has been running since 1946. While at the park you can expect mesmerizing funfairs, delicious hot-food stalls and warm drinks to take the chill off.

When: Saturday 5 November,  6pm or 7.45pm

How much? Adults £15 and under 10’s go free

 

 

Alexandra Palace Fireworks Festival

 

 

The infamous Alexandra palace fireworks festival, is truly a celebration, with a lot on offer! Festivities include laser show, German beer, cinema showing, fire show, ice rink and live music!

When: Saturday 5 November, opening at 4pm

Where: Alexandra Palace Way, London N22

How much? Adults £16.50 and Children £11.50

 

 

Battersea Park Fireworks

 

 

If you are keen to visit Battersea Fireworks, you have the option between the 5th and 6th of November. The Saturday event is a fun booze-filled evening as the after party is run by Evolution London (for ages 18+ only). If you are after a vibey fireworks night, this is for you! The Sunday affair offers a more traditional family fireworks night too.

When: Saturday 5 November, at 6pm & Sunday 6 November, at 5pm
