Starter:
Mast o khiyar, is a scrumptious classic Persian salad of cool cucumbers with creamy yogurt, raisin, walnuts and infused with fragrant herbs.
Roasted aubergine with fresh mint, pomegranate, walnuts and drain yoghurt dressing.
Main:
Ghormeh Sabzi: tender cooked lamb in intensely fragrant, rich and lemon herb gravy
along with kidney beans. The dish is served with saffron basmati rice.
Dessert:
Rose water infused panna cotta with pistachio and sour cherry sauce.
