The Nobu Catering team handles everything from start to finish, arriving at the destination with plenty of time to prepare – the food, the table and ensure everything in-between is perfect before the guest’s arrival, as well as swiftly cleared up at the end. Each unique event incorporates the culinary expertise and hosting style that the Nobu brand has become known for. From glassware to the menu to drinks, each event is delivered with “Kokoro” – a Japanese word meaning ‘from the heart’ – to leave a lasting impression on guests.

The menus, designed by Executive Chef Michael Paul can be curated to include a selection of premium canapés or a striking centrepiece of Sushi and Sashimi. There’s also the option to have favourite dishes from Nobu’s menu such as the iconic Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Jalapeño, alongside Wagyu Antichucho, Broccoli Shiso Salsa, as well as moreish Mochi and Macana desserts.

The knowledgeable beverage team can also provide innovative drinks to accompany any event, all served in a carefully selected range of glassware and Latin American ceramics. Focusing on authentic Japanese serves and techniques, cocktails are offered alongside specialist spirits, sakes, beers and wines and matched to provide the ultimate flavour pairing to food menus.
