Meet the chefs set to impress this June, as they pay homage to the boundless innovation
and style flourishing in the UK’s culinary landscape:

 

 

Raymond Blanc OBE, the two Michelin-Star and Michelin Green-Star chef, returns to the
regal embrace of Panoramic Restaurant, his culinary haven and resident restaurant, to play
his pivotal role as Chef Ambassador to the racecourse, making it the epitome of Royal Ascot
fine dining.

 

Lisa Goodwin-Allen makes her Royal Ascot debut in the stunning fifth floor ON 5
Restaurant, offering spectacular panoramic views of the racecourse alongside gastronomic
artistry for an unforgettable dining experience. Lisa is the talented executive chef of the
Michelin-starred Northcote Restaurant in Lancashire.

 

 

Tom Shepherd, the chef of the eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant Upstairs by Tom
Shepherd, will also be making his first appearance at Royal Ascot, set to bring his modern
British dishes to The Sandringham – a striking orangery-inspired structure nestled in a
sunny corner of the Lavendar Courtyard in the Royal Enclosure.

 

 

Tom Barnes is making his third solo appearance at Royal Ascot, presenting his very special
six-course tasting menu in the Old Press Room, overlooking some of the most outstanding views of the home straight. The former Executive Head Chef at three Michelin-starred L’Enclume and one Michelin-starred Rogan & Co. in Cumbria, will deliver the perfect culinary
accompaniment to be enjoyed in the exquisite restaurant, full of charm and character.

 

 

Simon Rogan, the eight Michelin-star and two Michelin Green Star chef returns to Royal
Ascot for his sixth year to offer the very best in fresh, local and seasonal produce at the
Parade Ring Restaurant and ensure an unforgettable dining experience.

 

 

Tom Booton, from The Grill by Tom Booton at The Dorchester, returns for a third year,
bringing his exciting signature style to his pop-up in the Royal Enclosure Gardens.

 

 

James Tanner returns to Royal Ascot to take the helm of the stylish new restaurant, The
Deck, alongside his brother, Chris Tanner. The Chef Patron of The Kentish Hare and
Barbican Kitchen will be curating a specially designed three-course menu to perfectly
complement a summer day of sport and socialising. Alongside this, he will also be
presenting his menu of al fresco delights skilfully crafted for sharing at The Queen Anne
Kitchen.

 

Master pâtissier Eric Lanlard, celebrated for his expertise at Cake Boy in Battersea and
throughout his illustrious career, returns with his exclusive Royal Ascot Afternoon Tea.

 

 

In addition to the unmatched line-up of restaurants being hosted by these distinguished
chefs, private boxes can be reserved for corporate gatherings during the Royal Meeting
which afford guests incredible vistas, exclusivity, and impeccable service. Catered to the
highest standards by the award-winning 1711 by Ascot team of chefs, boxes cater to groups
ranging in size from 10 to 108 people. Each box features a private bar and dining area, a
large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony, ensuring that guests won’t miss a moment of the
