We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships & Sales Manager to join our passionate team at Miss Jones Group. As a trusted platform connecting PAs, EAs, and Office Managers with premium venues and suppliers, Miss Jones acts as a bridge, facilitating exceptional corporate and personal events. This pivotal role will focus on managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and overseeing our calendar of events, including flagship projects like the Winter Fair, Spring Fair, and the Miss Jones Awards.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, partnerships, and event coordination. You will lead by example, motivate a small team, achieve ambitious KPIs, and ensure all partnerships align seamlessly with our brand and objectives. Core Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new partners, nurture existing relationships, and maximise partnership opportunities.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and onboarding premium venues and suppliers.
• Manage key partnerships to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and renewal, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Lead and project manage major events, such as the Winter Fair, Spring Fair, and Miss Jones Awards, ensuring flawless execution and high ROI.
• Drive sponsorship sales for all major events, creating compelling sponsorship packages and managing sponsor relationships.
• Oversee logistics and execution for weekly networking events, including venue selection, marketing, and post-event follow-up.
• Achieve KPI targets through innovative sales strategies, regular performance tracking, and team collaboration.
• Contribute to international expansion projects and support growth opportunities overseas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales and partner engagement.
• Managing the Miss Jones team and delegating tasks and monitoring their responsibilities and work.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership acquisition targets.
• Meet or exceed sponsorship revenue goals for key events (e.g., Winter Fair, Spring Fair, Miss Jones Awards).
• Increase partner engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
• Expand the partnership directory with premium venues and suppliers, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Successfully coordinate and run our large-scale events to the Miss Jones standard
Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in sales and partnerships, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Strong industry contacts and familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector, particularly in London and the UK.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through sponsorships and partnerships.
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience coordinating large-scale events and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM tools; experience with WordPress is a plus.
