Chris was nominated at the 2021 Food & Wine awards for “Young Chef of the Year” after working in some of Ireland’s top restaurants, including The Greenhouse, Forrest Avenue and The Cliff House Hotel. Now he takes the helm of our exciting new project, “The Sea Rooms”. Chris creates enticing seasonal menus using Ireland’s finest produce.
