Micro Menus

There’s been a lot of talk lately about single-item menus. Are Micro Menus the next big thing?

 The newest consumer trend is a demand for micro menus. Take the thinking out of dinning with minimized menus leaving room to try more because of the smaller portions. So what is a micro menu? Restaurateurs are served highly conceptual artistic delights. The idea is small bites also known as “tastings”. South Carolina chef Martin Paine states “The consumer is no longer looking for a quick way to fill up, but is instead looking for an enjoyable eating experience that would be found in an a la carte-style menu.” These micro menus offer the customer multiple severing to try a variety of textures and taste sensations.

Aniar is a Michelin Starred restaurant located in Galway’s West End. Their food is sourced from the specific place that is the west of Ireland.
