Crafted from a mash bill of 50% malted and 50% unmlated barley this whiskey has been triple distilled in our Dublin Distillery and fully matured in virgin Portuguese oak casks. This limited edition whiskey is proudly bottled at 50% with no chill filtration to ensure all the true character of the whiskey is retained.
Teeling Blackpitts Peated Single Malt RRP – €60
This unique bottling of Teeling Irish Whiskey is the perfect gift this Christmas. What makes it so unique is the triple distillation process, which reduces some of the medicinal character you would get from a traditional Scottish Peated Single Malt and allows the more barbeque smoke characteristic to shine. This is then combined with signature Teeling innovative cask maturation using both ex-bourbon and ex-sauternes white wine casks, which is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration to produce a truly different expression of Teeling and Irish Whiskey.

The Teeling 30-Year-Old Single Malt is amongst the oldest bottlings of Irish Single Malt ever released making it one of the world’s most exclusive Irish whiskeys. It was distilled in 1991 and matured in bourbon casks then allowed to marry in Sauternes wine casks allowing for a wholly unique Irish Whiskey taste experience. This unique cask maturation, imparts a rich depth of fruit flavours that elevate this Single Malt into an extraordinary combination of flavours. This small batch release, limited to just 4,000 bottles, was hand bottled in unique decanter bottles that come in a high-end wooden gift box.
