“The 15m indoor infinity-edge swimming pool is The Well’s centerpiece. The floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views create a sense of unending space, as if the pool is merging into the Irish Sea. Outside, is the  natural outdoor rock pool, outdoor heated Jacuzzi and relaxation terrace with two stone baths, allowing you to benefit from the refreshing sea air in comfort. Inside the spa, the sauna, steam room and four treatment rooms – including a couple’s treatment room – offer serene luxury in a light, peaceful space. The small but fully-equipped fitness room, complete with cross trainer, running machine and exercise bike, is an ideal space to work out and re-energise.   The spa facilities, pool and gym are currently open from 8am until 8pm. Pool slots are 45 minutes each and must be booked pre-arrival. The Spa is open to  both guests of the hotel and the public.   Signature treatments include the Cliff Complete Body, The Well Hot Towel Scalp Ritual and Peat for the Feet. Other treatments are focused on the face/body and there are also bathing therapies. This dreamy hotel’s prime location means that the wellness outside the spa doesn’t end there. Before your experience or once you’re finished, you can partake in activities such as exploring the costal hikes, sea cliffs, caves and sea stacks.  “
