For a good start of your day, the hotel’s impressive restaurant Café Americain serves breakfast as well as lunch and dinner and even has a semi private dining aera. At the end of the day wind down in ‘Bar Americain’ offering a choice of signature cocktails and distinctive decor. Both the restaurant and bar are legendary venues in Amsterdam and rank among the best places to eat and drink in the whole city. For any type of event, you can choose from 2 different function rooms. The largest room GMT+1, is able to hold 80 people theatre style and boasts large windows overlooking the Singel Canal. Or discover a Marrakesh-inspired décor at Mata Hide Away for meetings with a bit more flair. You can host board meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other intimate gatherings in this space for up to 20 people. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city near the museum district with the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum just around the corner, it’s a place that has everything from food, culture and entertainment.
