Simon’s impressive career also includes winning the British Airways Great Britons campaign, which led him to create menus with Heston Blumenthal for the London Olympics. A familiar face on television, he’s appeared on Saturday Kitchen Live and Saturday with James Martin, and represented the South West on Great British Menu. Simon also contributes to the culinary world as a long-standing jury member for the Roux Scholarship and a frequent judge for cooking competitions.
