Darcie & May Green, Paddington
From The Daisy Green Collection, with a portfolio of 14 venues across London, Darcie & May Green bring a touch of Aussie café culture to London. This pair of colourful barges are open every Monday-Friday 9:00am-10:00pm and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm. With vibrant interiors and an exciting menu featuring dishes like banana bread sandwiches and halloumi fries, Darcie & May Green is perfect for a brunch with a view. The barges feature pop art from Sir Peter Blake. Situated on Paddington canal, with a full hire capacity of 100, the rainbow boats are a popular for unique private dining events, as well as weddings and special occasions.
Barge East, Hackney Wick
Barge East is a lovingly restored 125 year old Dutch barge, offering a cosy dining experience with a focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The award-winning restaurant and picturesque setting by the River Lee make it a favourite for both locals and visitors. Prefer staying on land? This venue also has the option to sit canal-side in their gardens. The Barge, Gardens, Terrace and Rooftop are all available for private hire. Open 7 days a week until September 2024.
Tattershall Castle, Victoria
A former paddle steamer, Tattershall Castle offers a quintessentially British pub experience with unmatched views of the Thames, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament. Enjoy a pint of beer or British classics such as fish and chips as you take in the sights. Tattershall Castle hosts comedy nights on Tuesdays and weekends, as well as jazz shows on Tuesday lunchtimes.
