The Sea, The Sea’s Chef’s Table in Hackney is the latest and boldest evolution for The Sea, The Sea. Situated within our state-of-art wholesale and production facility, our chef’s table offers intimate dining for just 12 guests. Headed by Executive Chef Leandro Carreira, our tasting menu uses the best of the day’s catch transported by us directly from the UK coast to our restaurant in under 24 hours along with fish that is dry-aged in-house in bespoke cabinets. Our menu is complemented by a selection of wines and grower champagnes to enjoy by the glass and bottle.
